Chase Wade Koerner has arrived!

Our trip to WakeMed for our scheduled C-section. We started at Patient Registration.......

 Then off to triage for pre-op.........

Then to the OR around 8:30am for C-section with Dr. Privette. Chase Wade Koerner is born at 9:07am. He weighed 8lbs, 5oz. and is 20.5 inches long!

 Seeing Chase as they finished stitching me up.......

Then off to the recovery room for Chase and I........

First bath

Despite some post-op bleeding that was a bit of a concern but eventually stabilized, all went well and we then settled into our room 4C23 around 12pm.
